Our Approach
Children in our care are loved and nurtured for the very special people they are.We strive to meet children at their individual levels of development.We help children acquire the confidence and skills needed for life beyond today.Our curriculum does not impose formal, narrowly defined academic expectations upon children.Through earnest play, our children learn cooperation, problem solving, language and mathematics.Our curriculum does not place undue stress on rote learning and large group instruction.We encourage the development of curiosity, self-esteem, self-direction, values, strength and coordination.We also encourage great explorations and delightful experiences with the world at each child’s fingertips.Parents are encouraged to share family traditions and career interests.

Philosophy
In Spring Seed Child Care, we nurture children with love and educate with heart. We believe love and trust are the foundation of teaching success in early child education. Believing every child is unique and talented. Their physical, mental development needs characteristics are different. We evaluate each child from different sides so they can grow happily in self-confidence. We respect and understand them. We use positive languages to talk to them, and to correct their behavior. We do not negatively criticize them to hurt their feeling and self-esteem. Children are independent individuals and their personalities are equal. Children have their own ideas, and their self-esteem is also strong. It is important to consider their unique physical and mental development characteristics including interests and needs, to respect each one of them as an independent person, and to help protect their self-esteem. We are committed to loving, respecting and understanding our students. We will let every student be nourished with love. We will let each one of them grow up in harmony, autonomy and happiness.
Health & Safety
Education and development are important, but we know that nothing matters more than the safety, security and health of your child. That’s why protection and preparedness are critical considerations in everything we do at Spring Seeds Child Care.The health and safety of our children and families is always our highest priority. To mitigate the risks of COVID-19 while children are in our care, we have adopted additional health and safety measures based on CDC guidelines, state and local regulations, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Given the evolving situation, we will continue to update these protocols as necessary.All teachers and staff will go through training on health and safety practices we’ve developed to set a new standard in childcare. We continue to follow CDC guidelines on protocols for centers in communities that are slowly lifting some restrictions.
